By checking the required box on this agreement, I certify that I am 21 years of age. I authorize Maurice Carrie Winery to charge my credit card for the cost of each wine club release, plus taxes and shipping charges, as applicable. This price may change. I understand that the wine club policies are subject to change. The initial club membership term is for one year and includes a minimum purchase commitment of three club releases and your membership will further continue unless cancelled. All cancellations or change requests must be done in writing two weeks prior to the wine club release.

I also agree to the following policies and terms of service:
-Club Members must be at least 21 years of age.
-All shipments require the signature of an adult 21 years of age and older for delivery. We recommend using a business address for delivery to avoid delays. Excluding PO Box.
-Wine Club member authorizes Maurice Carrie Winery to automatically bill the credit card on file for all wine club shipments, including any applicable taxes, shipping or handling fees, at the time of each shipment.
-Please notify Maurice Carrie Winery of any address, billing, or shipping changes at least (2) weeks prior to when account will be charged to avoid delays. Misdirected shipments, or switching delivery methods and delivery difficulties may result in additional shipping charges which will be billed to the member.
-All notifications regarding club shipments, events, and other club offerings are done via email.
We reserve the right to substitute wines when selection is not available.
-Wine club emails will be sent a few weeks before each shipment is ready with details about selected club wines, new releases, a chance to update your personal billing and shipping information, when to expect the shipment or when it will be ready for pick up for will-call members, customization notices, and deadlines for submitting customization requests.
-Credit cards are charged one week prior to your shipment. -Taxes, shipping, and handling will apply on all shipments. Maurice Carrie Winery reserves the right to delay shipping due to weather conditions that may not be ideal for the wine.
-For Will-call members, Credit cards are charged one week prior to the pick-up date.
-Will-call orders must be picked up within 60 days. Orders not picked up will be converted to a shipping order and released for delivery. Shipping and handling fees will be charged to the credit card on the account.
-Members may cancel their wine club membership after purchasing their club bottles to activate membership AND received two (2) automatic wine club releases, but not within two weeks of a wine club release. It is the wine club members responsibility to notify the Maurice Carrie Wine ---Club Department to cancel their membership. Cancellation requests will only be accepted by the wine club manager via email at wineclub@mauricecarriewinery.com.Verbal cancellations will not be accepted. Any cancellations made prior to the third shipment may incur an early termination fee of $50 in addition to any membership discounts received prior to the required three wine club release minimum. Fees are non-refundable if a cancellation request is made after our scheduled processing.
-Club members understand that any purchases made prior to the shipment charge will not be counted as their shipment and the member will still be charged for the upcoming regular shipment.
-Member benefits are non-transferable. Membership is limited to (2) people.
-Wine Club Memberships are void where prohibited. We reserve the right to change or amend the Wine Club and its policies without prior notice.
