2019 Melange de Saignee– Our 2019 Melange de Saignee is a delightful blend of all the juice bled from our red wine fermentations. The result is crisp, slightly spicy and sweet panoply for the senses, with aromas of wild strawberry, sweet cherries and a hint of lime. The palate is refreshing balance of red fruit and sweetness, with a nice lingering finish that is deceptively dry. Pairing with arugula and caprese salads, roasted vegetable linguini and paella.
